As a further component of the digitization strategy, the offline inventory replaces the classic counting lists from INTEGRA®, which in practice are usually distributed to employees as printouts.
The counting list, including the stock levels, is distributed directly to the mobile device via the “Offline Inventory” module from the INTEGRA® mobile warehouse logistics app.
The count can now be done offline.
The actual stocks including the corresponding batches, MDH or serial numbers can be recorded in the app and later synchronized and booked with INTEGRA®.
The various configuration options ensure increased convenience.
In addition to adapting the sorting sequence (item number, article number & batch or storage location, article number & batch), data can also be recorded in different units, e.g.
B.
storage unit, production unit or weight.
The stocks are written back in the storage unit.
INTEGRA® does the corresponding conversions for you.
